Subject: Abuse/Rape
Content: Recently a female friend of mine met a woman on the net, when she went to visit the woman forced herself on her. My Question is what is RAPE, i told her she should go to the police. When I mentioned it to a friend of mine who is a Sgt with the police force he said that it isn't a rape unless there is intercourse ( penis in vagina ) or the use of force. so the old saying of NO means NO is not sufficient... What do you think ?? of course the laws need to be changed !
