Blog Entry: Why are some people so ignorant when making phone calls. Everyday I come home from work to find that I have several phone calls on my caller ID. I don't bother calling any back if I don't recognize the name or #. Some of the same one's apparently call back several times a day, but won't leave a message on my answering machine. If they can't take a few seconds to do so, then I don't feel that it's important enough for me to call them back. Worse though is when they do leave a message for someone else after hearing my name in the outgoing announcement. The other day I had a message for someone that I never heard of before from some law office. The caller said who the message was for and that if I wasn't that person not to listen to the rest of the message (wow, real confidential message -- it just gave the name of the law firm and a # to contact them). Duh, you just heard my name on the outgoing message so obviously I'm not who you are looking for. Why don't some people think before leaving messages for the wrong person.
